### How soon will you answer?

I usually answer within a day, by email, from the address you give me.

### How do you ship a crested gecko?

I'll email you to set a ship date. Your gecko travels FedEx Priority Overnight, and I only ship Monday to Wednesday. The box is held at a FedEx hub near you, and you pick it up there. More in [Services and shipping](https://geckistry.com/shipping).

### What does shipping cost?

Priced by distance to the FedEx hub you pick, with shipping protection included. The buy page quotes it from your ZIP code before you pay. Local pickup within 25 miles of Tyler, TX 75701 is free. More in [Services and shipping](https://geckistry.com/shipping).

### Where do you ship?

### Can I pick up near Tyler?

### Is there a live arrival guarantee?

Yes, on shipped geckos. Pick up within 2 hours of notice and tell me right away, with a photo or video, if anything is wrong. ### What comes with my gecko?

Every gecko comes with Gold Standard Gecko Club registration, a printed lineage certificate, and support by text, email or phone, with no time limit. More in [Services and shipping](https://geckistry.com/shipping).

### How do holds and checkout work?

To buy a gecko, open its page and pick Buy. You tell me a little about you and where it's going, and the shipping is quoted before you pay. Once you continue to payment, I hold the gecko for you for 30 minutes while you pay on Stripe. Its page says it's in someone's checkout, and nobody else can buy it. ### How do pairing waitlists work?

Each upcoming pairing on the incubator page has its own waitlist. Join it and I'll email you when its first eggs go in the incubator. Every waitlist email has a link to leave the list. To ask about a pairing first, pick it in the form on my contact page.

### What do you do with what I send here?
