Questions buyers ask
- How do you ship a crested gecko?
- I'll email you to set a ship date. Your gecko travels FedEx Priority Overnight, and I only ship Monday to Wednesday. The box is held at a FedEx hub near you, and you pick it up there.
- What does shipping cost?
- Priced by distance to the FedEx hub you pick, with shipping protection included. The buy page quotes it from your ZIP code before you pay.
- Where do you ship?
- To a FedEx hub anywhere in the contiguous US. I don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico yet.
- What if the weather is too hot or too cold?
- I only ship when it's 40 to 85 F here, where you are, and along the way. Until then, your gecko waits here for safe weather.
- Is there a live arrival guarantee?
- Yes, on shipped geckos. Pick up within 2 hours of notice and tell me right away, with a photo or video, if anything is wrong. Shipping protection is included: if FedEx delivers late and your gecko doesn't arrive alive, it covers the purchase price plus shipping.
